This is for a single-person business or hustle that makes less than $2k per month on average through said means. ( Between $2k & $4k, triple the total commission price. Above $4k quadruple it. )

  • I’m sure there’s situations I haven’t considered yet, so I may refuse a commission for reasons I do not disclose.

process

  • Reach out to me/fill out the above form and I will quote the price for you.

  • Prices are non-negotiable– If you want a lower price, you can choose a simpler commission.

  • Once price is understood and accepted, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. (*You don’t need a Paypal account to pay this, just an email address. Paypal invoices can even be paid with vanilla gift cards so long as the cards are registered to a zipcode )

  • Initial / Total Payment must be received first. I will not begin working on anything until payment has cleared: Anything under $50 must be paid up front in full. Commission totals between $50 & $100 must have the first $50 paid upfront. $100 & above must have half paid up front.

  • After initial sketch is approved, any remaining payment must be given for me to finish the piece.

  • Depending on how elaborate the requests are, I expect to have most works done within two or three weeks. I will let you know if I’ve got a lot on my plate or if the complexity of your commission may take extra time.

  • I will send you watermarked preview images as I work on your commission.

  • Let me know what you would like me to change as I share these WIPs– We both want you to end up with something you like!

  • Once the piece is at the level paid for is when the revisions come in to play: You are allowed to list as many things as you would like fixed with each revision ( e.g. ‘make the eyes more blue, that scar is missing, can you fix the smile, the nose doesn’t look right’ said all at once still counts as one revision. ) Once the revisions are used up, I’m happy to keep working but you will need to compensate me for the extra time required.

  • There’s is no rush on getting back to me about revisions. If you don’t use them all up immediately, feel free to get back to me weeks later if you realize some detail is off in that time. ♥

  • I may post the art on my blog or online portfolios unless you paid for privacy. Even if I share it, I can leave your name / association out if you prefer.

  • I have priced my commissions to adequately compensate my time so tips are neither necessary nor expected, but if you deeply wish to tip or donate to me you may do so here.

  • No refunds though you may cancel having me complete the commission if the initial sketch isn't really working for you. Exception: If you haven't heard from me in a couple weeks or if I haven't shared a WIP with you in over three weeks we can discuss a refund if I am available – If you cannot get a hold of me then feel free to pursue a refund through Paypal as something must have happened to me in this case.
